Our business consulting services consist of the following:

Improving or Restructuring Business Processes: We will make a formal review of processes currently used in order to improve or redesign them within the Company.

Mapping: We document the company´s current regulating processes and policies.

Outsourcing Project Management: Some of the company´s projects that are not directly linked to its core activity are not brought to the attention of its high management due to the supervision that they require. BDO designs the project the company needs and follow up on its progress.

Diagnostics: When company problems are frequently repeated, is when BDO should be asked to study the causes. We offer diagnostics on specific corporate problems or global performance.

Improving Operational Capabilities: We identify ways to improve the company´s operations and capabilities required for growth.

Preparation of a Business Plan: BDO works closely with the company´s upper management, documenting its strategic and operating action plans for the upcoming five years.

Preparation of Service Agreements: We identify your company´s interdepartmental services, design contracts that set forth working conditions among departments, procure signatures of those responsible, and provide training for new working conditions.

Evaluation of the Organizational Structure and Capabilities of the Engagement Teams: We review the organizational charts, the design of each position, and the respective authority and balance of each. We also assess management style and the response from its organizational structure. Technical and managerial personnel capabilities are measured and evaluated by precisely detecting development and training needs.

Evaluation of the Business Climate and Management of Change: BDO measures the work environment on certain criteria agreed-upon with the client and, based on the results, prepares a change of management program.

Internal Marketing: BDO uses marketing tools to promote changes in organizational attitudes and conduct.

Financial Projections: Using our own methodology, BDO prepares a business´ financial projections by means of management letters.

Performance Evaluation and Management: BDO studies the organization and prepares key performance indicators based on positions and work areas and/or processes. We also establish procedures and a system with which the company will manage its performance.

Quality Assurance in the Selection and Implementation of ERPs: We assist our clients in adequate software selection and assure the quality in the choice and implementation.

Training and Development: We prepare courses needed and arrange an annual training and development program to reduce gaps between required and actual abilities of our personnel. We also instruct some of the needed training and courses.

Auditing of Human Resources: We review Human Resource practices and policies, and prepare management letters that contain our findings and recommendations.

Balanced Scorecard: BDO prepares a precise inventory of decisions and actions needed by the business strategy and we design key execution indicators needed for following up "on line" with the company´s operation. We incorporate specifically designed software within the company.

Restructuring Controls: We identify, evaluate, and study the current situation of the company´s controls or those of any specific department. As a result, we are able to prepare an action plan for restructuring controls, by designing a Control Scorecard that will be implemented throughout the entire company.

Analysis of Worloads: A survey is made of individual and group workloads in the workplace. An analysis of the added value of each is made and presented in the respective documented recommendations.
